The Gulf Coast Classic has been a rich part of Mobile's heritage for the past 35 years.  This year marks an exciting new era for the classic providing three crucial elements that make an HBCU Classic:   consistent opponents, consistent location and a consistent date.  The Gulf Coast Classic now has all three and offers its fans a week full of exciting activities and the heated rivaly of Alabama State University Hornets versus the Southern University Jaguars!
